About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology service offerings such as software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, and managed services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets for IT services.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new areas of growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry.
- Familiarity with services like custom software development, mobile/web app development, cloud consulting, or managed IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Experience with CRM systems like Zoho CRM.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
