Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our IT services business in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or account management within the IT sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and managed services. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
  • Generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. 
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
     

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in business development, sales, or account management in the IT services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and managed services.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of lead generation, deal closing, and achieving B2B sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms and contracts with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify business opportunities and align solutions with client needs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with the latest IT technologies and ability to discuss technical solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience in international business development or IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
